Administrators and Shop Managers on our team can access order and customer information (what was purchased, when, where it should ship, and your contact and address details) to fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.

  • Keep you logged in if you have an account
  • Measure site performance and traffic (analytics)

We share personal information with service providers only as needed for them to work for us. They include, depending on how you shop with us:

  • Stripe – payment processing on unikpackaging.com (Stripe Privacy Policy)
  • Automattic / WordPress / WooCommerce – website hosting and store platform
  • ShipStation (and carriers it connects to) – order fulfillment and shipping labels
  • Analytics providers (for example Google Analytics or similar tools, if enabled on the site) – traffic and performance measurement
  • Faire – when you buy wholesale through our Faire store; Faire’s own privacy policy applies to activity on Faire
  • TikTok and Amazon – when you buy through those marketplaces; each platform’s privacy policy applies to activity on that platform
  • Email and customer-support tools we use to reply to you

We may also disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect our rights, customers, or the security of the Service. If UnikPackaging is acquired or merges with another company, information may transfer to the new owners so we can continue serving you.

Third-party sites and apps (including Faire, TikTok, Amazon, and payment or shipping partners) have their own policies. Once you leave our site or use those platforms, their terms and privacy practices apply.

Payment

Online payments on unikpackaging.com are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS. UnikPackaging does not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe (such as payment status, last four digits, or billing details needed for the order).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. The Service uses HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we follow industry practices appropriate for an online store, including working with PCI-compliant payment providers.

Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Access, correct, or update account information (where you have an account)
  • Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs (for example tax records)
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time

How to submit a request: email info@unikpackaging.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and tell us whether you want to know, delete, correct, or opt out. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still need to verify you.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics tools that could be considered “sharing” under California law, you can email the same address to opt out.

Age

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the site.
