Shipping and Returns

Unikpackaging warehouse/showroom is located in Florida, USA. We try our best to process and ship orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). During busy season it may take 3 business days.

When the shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number. If you have not received your order confirmation or your tracking number you may have made a typo in your email address when you placed the order. Please contact us via email info@unikpackaging.com and we will check the status of your order.

Estimated transit times for domestic orders are between 2 and 6 business days. Transit time does not include the time it takes us to process an order.

Transit time may be affected by weather or other circumstances from the mailing carrier side that we do not have control over. When we give you the information about estimated delivery date, we rely solely on the information given to us by the carrier. None of the carriers provide delivery guarantees nowadays and do no provide any refunds for the expedited shipping fees.

All orders are shipped in protected carton package to prevent damage in transit.

If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us for resolution.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over $190 with delivery address in USA (excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands)
  • Calculated Shipping on domestic orders below $190 is provided before checkout
  • ATTTENTION International Buyers: our website system is not set to automatically calculate International Shipping. We ship to Canada, Puerto Rico and Europe, however, in order to provide best possible rate, we have to calculate shipping fee for each order individually. Shipping rate for International orders highly depends on the size and weight of the package. We choose to have a personal approach to each international client rather then just set automatic high rates. Please do not hesitate to contact us via info@unikpackaging.com for assistance and we will do our best to find the best rate for your order as well as notify you about current transit times.

Returns and Refunds :

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.

Please contact seller for authorization and RMA number .

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS Ground services) to:

Product(s) should be:

  • Returned within 30 days from shipping date
  • In original condition and in original packaging
  • Received in sellable condition
  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
  • Include a note with your RMA # and full Name inside the box
  • Important! Save tracking number for your records and security reasons.

NO Return option for Bulk orders. Thank you.

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless a wrong or damaged item was received by the buyer. We carefully inspect all our orders before we ship, use extra protective material to pack products and provide detailed product descriptions to eliminate “not what I expected”, “not what I wanted”, “too small”, “too big” and etc. situations. Fell free to contact us before purchase if you need extra information about the item, additional photos or need to clarify details.

20% restocking fee will be withheld from the final refund after we receive and inspect returned items.

By completing a purchase you agree with our Policies.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund for the product cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping Fees are not returnable

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges if item received is defective or damaged.
